If you are paying with a card that has a chip or is tap-enabled, or with your phone, you can easily use our self-serve kiosk!
Just tap the screen, choose your items, and click on "add to cart" and then "Place Order". You will be prompted to add your phone number and name, and once the right side lights up, you can tap or insert your card.
The card reader isn't working. DARN! This happens and we have to restart the program, the iPad, or the Internet (okay not really but it feels like that sometimes!). Thank you for your patience when the kiosk isn't working, we will figure out a way to get your food, it just may take some creativity.
You can't insert your payment because you're stuck on the name screen. You need to type a 10-digit phone number, it can be (123) 456-7890 or it can be your actual number. You also need to type your name (first or last, just something so we know who to give it to) and don't just leave it as "Davy Jones" 😆
You can't move on from a screen. Tap the keyboard button to hide it, then you will see the button to continue.
This kiosk has truly changed the way we do business when Chef is alone during the lunch rush. We know it's not always perfect but we are thankful for the folks at KyooKiosk for their help and support with our technical issues, and we are thankful that our customers are willing to learn a new technology!
